TransferGalaxy is an instant and cash-free mobile money transfer service that enables customers to send money to their loved ones from a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

The recipients receive the money in their mobile wallets instantly without the hassle of having to visit an agent.

TransferGalaxy is the ideal way for you to send money home to your loved ones. From the comfort of your home you can enjoy the following:

  • Support: We're available Mon-Fri 09-21, Sat-Sun 12-19. You can reach us by phone, e-mail or online web chat.

Unfortunately TransferGalaxy does not accept cash as a means of paying for your money transfer. This is because we are an online business, making it very difficult for you to physically get the money to us.

For security reasons, it is important to know where the money is coming from before it is sent abroad. This is much more difficult when dealing with cash. 

Sending money through TransferGalaxy is extremely safe. Firstly, we make sure that our website is secure. We use certified technology from DigiCert which ensures your computer or smartphone will only communicate with TransferGalaxy once the connection to our system has been authenticated.

Furthermore, all of the partner companies we use to process payments must comply with strict security and data protection standards.

Sending money using a website is also safer than carrying large amounts of cash to a money transfer agent, which many people still do.

Both you and the recipient will get notifications by SMS and e-mail when the money is sent and received.

You can check the progress of your transfer by logging into your account and clicking on “My transactions”.

TransferGalaxy currently offers money transfer to more than 20 countries. To see all of the countries we serve, go to the homepage and look at the “Send To” drop-down menu.

We are currently working hard to add even more countries to the list.

TransferGalaxy is active in all European Union countries as well as Norway.

New customers will set the country they are sending from upon registration. For security reasons you cannot change the sending country online. If you need to change country, please contact support@transfergalaxy.com.

TransferGalaxy offers money transfers to many countries and we are adding more all of the time. If we are not serving the country you want to send money to at this time, follow us on social media where we will post every time we add new destinations. 

To check the limit for your particular transfer, simply enter how much you would like to send into the “Send To” calculator.  It will tell you if you exceed the maximum.

The below does not apply to Swedish customers, as they can use eID (Mobile BankID).

In order to active your account, you are required to provide us with a high-quality photo copy of a valid ID document. Once you have registered an account and logged in, you will be asked to verify your ID. Please follow the instructions provided.

Swedish customers can use eID (Mobile BankID) and do therefore not need to share a photo copy of a valid ID document.

It is important that we are able to keep the TransferGalaxy service safe and secure for all of our customers. By asking for official identification, we are able to verify that people sending money are who they say they are. We are also required by law to carry out these checks.

After you have signed up and you have logged in, you will be asked to verify your ID. Follow the instructions on the screen in order to verify your ID and active your account.

The money you send using TransferGalaxy will arrive instantly.

You can choose to pay by either credit/debit card or by direct bank payment. TransferGalaxy accepts Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. 

When paying with a credit card you may be charged a cash advance fee so please check with your card provider.
