Essential tips to prepare for Ramadan

Many of us fast every year during Ramadan month, while for some, this might be the first time. Nevertheless, here are some essential tips that all of us should take into consideration during this month of fasting and praying. 

Firstly, gradually prepare your body before jumping into this daily fasting routine. What does this mean? Start some weeks (or days) before Ramadan to cut the in-between snacks and avoid some types of foods that contain high amounts of sugar, fat, and salt. You do not want to feel too thirsty afterward!
