Good news! We are back online with nine countries and added two new ones!
COVID-19 has affected us all. And we would like to thank you, our customers, for your patience during this challenging time for us all.
Unlike many other businesses affected over the past several months, our company has seen a higher demand for online money transfer services due to the lockdowns and the increased need to support your loved ones across borders.
However, some of our partners in the recipient countries experienced significant technical difficulties. As a result, many cash pick-up locations in the recipient countries became unavailable to you and your loved ones, something that we now have solved.
We have been working tirelessly to ensure that our service is back up and running. We have been looking for alternative channels to ensure that your loved ones receive money safely and securely.
We are happy to inform you that we have now partnered with several agents in the MENA region, to restore and support our money transfer services. The following countries are back online: Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Qatar, Turkey, UAE and Yemen.
We are also happy to introduce transfers to two new receiving countries: Palestine and Sudan.
This new partnership brings with it new cash pick-up agents in the receiving countries. To view the list of available cash pick-up points, please visit the respective country destination page.
